JBL builds the Flip 7 around a 45 x 80 mm racetrack woofer rated at 25 W RMS and a 16 mm tweeter rated at 10 W RMS, covering 60 Hz to 20 kHz with a signal-to-noise ratio above 80 dB. The new trick is AI Sound Boost: JBL says it studies the music in real time so the bass stays powerful and clear at maximum volume, with less distortion. A redesigned tweeter dome handles the top end.
