Who we are
MobileSahab is an online store for mobile phones, chargers and accessories. We are based in Lahore and deliver across Pakistan. “Sahab” means a respected expert, and that is the role we want to play for you: someone who knows phones, tells you straight and only sells the real thing.
We are an online-only business. There is no walk-in shop, which keeps our costs low and lets us put that saving into the price.
What we sell
- New, box-packed phones from the major brands, PTA approved so they work on every Pakistani network.
- Original accessories: chargers, cables, power banks, earbuds, covers and speakers.
- Every product comes with the warranty shown on its product page.
We don’t sell refurbished phones, copies or “kit” phones.
How we work
We don’t keep a warehouse full of every model. When you order, we get your unit new and factory-sealed from authorised dealers and distributors in Pakistan’s mobile market, check it, and send it to you. It works like this:
- You order and pay, in full or through an installment plan.
- We source your phone, new and box-packed, usually within a working day.
- We check it: the seal, the exact model and variant, and the IMEI against PTA’s records. Ask us and we’ll record an unboxing video before we ship.
- We dispatch it with tracking, usually within 1–2 working days of your payment being confirmed.
If we can’t get your exact model at the price you paid, we tell you straight away. You choose: wait a little longer, pick an alternative, or get a full refund.
Our prices
Phone prices in Pakistan move with the market and the dollar, so we update ours every night. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 25,000.
Why no cash on delivery
We sell on full advance payment or through a BNPL installment partner. Cash on delivery leads to fake orders and returned parcels, and someone has to pay for those, usually through higher prices. Prepaid orders keep our prices honest and let us source your phone quickly.
To make prepaying safe, we only ask you to pay into accounts shown on your order page or shared from our official contact details, and we never ask for your PIN, OTP or card number.
