About us
These terms apply to purchases from MobileSahab (“we”, “us”) through mobilesahab.pk. We are an online store based in Lahore, Pakistan, delivering nationwide. You can reach us through our contact page.
Products
- We sell new, genuine, box-packed products. Phones are PTA approved unless the product page clearly says otherwise.
- Product photos and illustrations are for guidance. Specifications are for reference and can vary by region, variant or software update.
- Each product page shows the warranty that comes with it.
Prices
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). They follow the Pakistani market and are updated daily.
- The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed at checkout, plus the delivery charge shown there.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical or typing error, we will tell you before dispatch. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your payment, or your installment approval, and start preparing your order.
We source many products after you order. If we can’t get your exact item at the price you paid, we will tell you as soon as we know. You can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel with a full refund. We may also decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or can’t verify the details, and we refund anything you have paid.
Payment
- Payment options are confirmed with you when you order on WhatsApp, until online checkout opens. We don’t offer cash on delivery.
- Only pay into accounts shown on your order page or sent from our official contact details. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
- If we don’t receive payment within 2 days of your order, we may cancel it.
Installments
Installment plans are provided by our BNPL partners, not by MobileSahab. The partner decides whether to approve your application, and your installment agreement, including any down payment, fees and late charges, is between you and the partner. We confirm your order once the partner approves it.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan as described in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. The order becomes yours when it is delivered to you.
Returns and warranty
Our returns policy explains returns, cancellations and refunds, and our warranty page explains warranty claims. They form part of these terms.
Our responsibility
- We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered as described.
- As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- We are not responsible for loss of data. Please back up your phone, especially before a repair.
- Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Pakistani law, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems are solved quickly that way. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
