How we source and check every phone

  2. IMEI verifiedWe check the IMEI on PTA’s DIRBS system, so you know it works on every Pakistani network.

  1. Dial *#06#The phone shows its IMEI number(s). Check they match the numbers printed on the box.
  2. SMS the IMEI to 8484PTA replies with the phone’s registration status. You can also check on PTA’s DIRBS website.
  3. Check the seal and warranty cardA new phone comes factory-sealed, and the warranty details should match the model.

Questions about buying from us

Are your phones PTA approved?

Yes. We sell PTA-approved phones, and we check each phone’s IMEI on PTA’s DIRBS system before dispatch. You can check it yourself too: dial *#06# to see the IMEI and send it to 8484 by SMS.

Are the phones new and genuine?

Yes. Every phone is new and factory-sealed, from authorised dealers and distributors, with the brand’s official warranty. We don’t sell refurbished, copy or kit phones.

Why don’t you offer cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery leads to fake orders and returned parcels, which raise prices for everyone. Payment options are confirmed with you when you order on WhatsApp, until online checkout opens.

How do I know my payment is safe?

Bank transfers go to the business account shown on your order confirmation page. Wallet and card payments are completed on your bank’s or wallet’s own secure service, and we never store card details or ask for your PIN or OTP.

What if my phone arrives damaged or faulty?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or your unboxing video. We arrange collection at our cost and replace the phone or refund you in full.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1–2 working days after your payment is confirmed, and delivery takes 2–4 working days in most cities. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 25,000.
